Dr. Nick Kerton
Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc (AIM: COG) is deeply saddened to report the death of Nick Kerton, the Company's former Chief Executive Officer and Non-executive Director, after a long fight with cancer.
Dr. Kerton was first appointed to the Company's board on its Admission to AIM in May 2013 and became Chief Executive Officer in September 2013, a role he held until the end of 2015, before becoming one of the Company's Non-executive Directors. He retired from the board at the Company's AGM in April 2019.
Deepest sympathies from all at Cambridge Cognition have been conveyed to his family.
Steven Powell, Chairman of Cambridge Cognition, said: "We were saddened to learn of the passing of Nick. Everyone at the Company acknowledges the significant contribution he made to the development and leadership of the Company in his executive and non-executive roles, from the time of our IPO through to our recent AGM. Our thoughts are with Nick's family at this difficult time."
