The following final terms are available for viewing:
The final terms dated 1 October 2010 (the "Final Terms") for Compagnie de Saint-Gobain's EUR 750,000,000 4.00% Senior Fixed Rate Notes due October 2018 (the "Notes") under its EUR 10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme")
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 16 December 2009 prepared in connection with the Programme as supplemented by the Prospectus Supplement No. 1 dated 22 September 2010 (the "Prospectus").
