The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as atΒ 21Β May 2008, the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were approximately 54.32Β pence per share andΒ 103.64Β pence per share respectively.Β
The unaudited net asset values aboveΒ account for the 2.50 pence per share dividend for both the Ordinary and the D shareholders. These dividends became ex-dividend on 21 May 2008.Β
These dividends will be paid on 20 June 2008 to shareholders on the register on 23 May 2008.Β
