Holding in Company
CentralNic received notification today from Robert Pooke (who was a Director of the Company until 5 February 2016) that on 9th May 2017 he sold a total of 3,750,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company.
Mr Pooke retains an indirect interest in the Company via his 32.0% minority shareholding in Jabella Group Limited. Jabella Group Limited has a total holding of 5,687,891 shares in the share capital of the company, which represents 5.9% of the issued share capital.
