Kryso Resources PLC14 July 2005 AGM Statement Kryso Resources plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has held itsAnnual General Meeting today and all resolutions were duly passed. Craig Brown, Finance Director, reported that all three drill rigs, drillingequipment and drilling supplies have now arrived in Tajikistan. To date, 280 metres of underground development has beenre-established at the Pakrut Gold Deposit, in preparation for the start of theunderground drill programme, which is anticipated to commence within threeweeks. This drill programme has been designed to convert the Russian resourcesinto JORC standard resources and to explore the extensions to the existingmineralisation. In addition, the exploration programme for the Pakrut LicensedArea has been approved by the State Committee for Geology, and surface drillingwill start at the company's exploration prospects within the next month.
