Appointment of CFO
China Nonferrous Gold Limited 中国有色黄金有限公司 (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and mining company currently mining the Pakrut gold project in the Republic of Tajikistan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Feng Delin (“Mr Feng”) as Finance Director with immediate effect.
Mr Feng, aged 48, is the Chief Accountant of China Nonferrous Metals Int’l Mining Co., Ltd. (‘CNMIM’), the Company’s largest shareholder, having joined CNMIM in January 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in law from Wuhan University in the PRC in June 2004 and Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in the PRC in June 2007. He obtained the Master of Business Administration from Tianjin Polytechnic University in the PRC in March 2017.
Mr Feng has extensive accounting and management experience. From December 2008 to January 2010, he worked as head of Fund Division of Finance Department of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.; from January 2010 to May 2013, Deputy director of Finance Department of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd.; from May 2013 to October 2015, Deputy director of Finance Department of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.; from October 2015 to February 2018, Director of Finance Department of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd,; and from February 2018 to January 2019, Director of capital operation department of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd.

Project Summary
The Pakrut gold project, of which CNG has 100 per cent ownership, is situated in Tajikistan approximately 120km northeast of the capital city Dushanbe. Pakrut is located within the Tien Shan gold belt, which extends from Uzbekistan into Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Western China, and which hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold deposits.
CNG is currently in a commissioning phase with mining contractors on site finalising constructing of the mine, plant, tailings dam and refinery.
