Share Purchase by Non-Executive Director
Cairn announces that on 13 September 2017, Peter Kallos, one of the Company's Non-Executive Directors, purchased 10,982 Ordinary Shares of 231/169 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.8105 per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Kallos' beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is as follows:-
