Board Changes
Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-performance embedded computer boards for critical applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nat Edington as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 27 September 2021.
Nat is currently CEO at Dukosi, where he has led the transformation of the business to be a technology leader in battery systems. Prior to joining Dukosi, Nat was CEO at Cambridge CMOS Sensors, where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to AMS AG, and he has held senior roles at Wolfson Microelectronics Plc. In addition to these senior leadership roles, in his early career Nat undertook technical roles, designing semiconductor chips and electronic systems in military, industrial and consumer markets. Nat holds an MBA, and BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics & Microelectronics.
