Board changes

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Garrod as Chief Financial Officer. Kim will commence employment in the Spring of 2022 and will be an executive director of the Company. Kim has extensive expertise as Finance Director at QinetiQ plc, with deep experience in transformation, performance improvement, governance, M&A, integration, and driving growth internationally within small and large businesses. Her capabilities and energy will be an exceptional addition to the team. 

Jonathan Martin, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company, and has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and will leave the Company in due course. We thank Jonathan for several years committed service to Concurrent Technologies plc.
