Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-performance embedded computer boards for critical applications, announces that David Evans-Hughes, Engineering Director, has given notice of his resignation from the Board with immediate effect.

Mark Cubitt, Non-executive Chairman of Concurrent Technologies, commented:
