AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company"), which manufactures high end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, scientific and industrial markets, Michael Collins, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"In our year end statement announced on 15th April, we reported on our marketplace as being rich in opportunity particularly in the defence sector. Moreover, I noted that we are seeing strong interest in our products for projects involving the detection and detonation of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and for electronic, aerial and battlefield surveillance. As conflicts overseas continue unabated our position remains unchanged.

 Recognition of our technology and our ability to react swiftly to the demands of our customers continues to stand us in good stead and provides us with competitive advantages. Furthermore the investment that we have made, and continue to make, in new product development should ensure strong ongoing interest worldwide.

We look forward to an exciting year ahead and are strongly positioned to seize on opportunities as they arise."
