Catalyst Media Group PLC10 May 2006 Catalyst Media Group plc ("Catalyst" or "the Company") Additional Listing Director's Shareholding Catalyst announces that application has been made for the admission of 3,634,986new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to tradingon the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The New Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to an agreement between theCompany and David Paradine Productions Limited ("DPP"), a company associatedwith Sir David Frost, a non-executive director of the Company, in respect ofroyalties due to DPP, details of which were set out in the AIM admissiondocument sent to shareholders on 5 August 2005. Mr Michael Rosenberg,non-executive Chairman of Catalyst, is a director of DPP and has a minorityshareholding in the holding company of DPP. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, Sir David Frost will beinterested in 10,023,875 ordinary shares, representing 1.59 per cent. of theenlarged issued ordinary share capital. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the NewOrdinary Shares will commence on 16 May 2006.
