LODGING OF DOCUMENTS WITH THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY

KEY DATES RELATING TO THE INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the announcement on 4 August 2016 of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2016, Communisis announces that its Interim Report has today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive it in hard copy form.

With effect from 26 August 2016 the Interim Report will be available as follows:

· on the Company's website (www.communisis.com/investors/financial-results); and

· by writing to the Company Secretary at Communisis plc, Communisis House, Manston Lane, Leeds, LS15 8AH.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Key dates relating to the interim dividend are as follows:

15 September 2016 Ex-dividend date

16 September 2016 Record date

13 October 2016 Payment date
