15 August 2012 Communisis plc ('Communisis' or the 'Company') MAILING OF THE INTERIM REPORT LODGING OF DOCUMENTS WITH THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY KEY DATES RELATING TO THE INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the announcement on 26 July 2012 of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2012, Communisis announces that its Interim Report has today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive it in hard copy form.

With effect from 16 August 2012 the Interim Report will be available as follows:

* on the Company's website (www.communisis.com); and * by writing to the Company Secretary at Communisis plc, Wakefield Road, Leeds, LS10 1DU.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Key dates relating to the interim dividend are as follows:

5 September 2012 Ex-dividend date
