NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification requiredby DR 3.3
