Board Committee Change
Leading provider of personalised customer communication services, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), announces that Jane Griffiths, Non Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Board's Remuneration Committee from 7 June 2018. Jane is also a member of the Board's Audit and Nomination Committees.
Jane's appointment to the role of Remuneration Committee Chair follows the previously announced departure of Helen Keays who, having served as a Non Executive Director of the Group since 2014, steps down from the Board today.
