Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report
Caerus Mineral Resources Plc (LSE:CMRS), the Cyprus-focused mining exploration and development Company, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 will be available shortly on the Company's website www.caerusmineralresources.com.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) in respect of the year ended 31 December 2020 will be held remotely at 9 am on 22 June 2021. Further details and the accompanying Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on or before 21 May 2021 and become available on the website.
Legislation and government guidance in the United Kingdom relating to COVID-19, though now less restrictive, continues to present practical challenges to public gatherings. As a result, and so as to ensure that shareholders who wish to are able to follow the AGM proceedings, the Company will provide access online. However, shareholders will not be able to vote on-line during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via Proxy as early as possible.
During the AGM, the Company will create an opportunity to update shareholders on the Company's activities and the Board will respond to any questions submitted in advance of the AGM, and by no later than 9.00am on 16 June 2021.

The Brownfield sites and the former high-grade copper-gold mines they host are evidence of rock types and structures conducive to Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide ("VMS") mineralisation. As VMS deposits characteristically occur in camps or clusters, it is the Company's view that its licences are prospective for both extensions to existing or mined-out orebodies together with new discoveries.
The combination of brown and greenfield exploration provides optionality with multiple target types and the opportunity for the Company to quickly build a resource portfolio that can be commercially developed.
