Trading Update

 

Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that it has received notice from its major customer, BorgWarner Turbo Systems Worldwide Headquarters GmbH, of its intention to cancel all contracts with effect from 22 January 2021.

 

The Board is reviewing the notification with its advisers and is evaluating the potential impact on the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
