Board Change
Further to the statement issued on 5 December, the Board of Chamberlin announces that Mark Bache has been removed from his position as Finance Director and he has left the Company with immediate effect. The Board has commenced the process of appointing a new Group Finance Director and further details will be announced in due course. In the meantime the Company's Financial Controller, Ian Poole, will retain responsibility for the day-to-day financial management, reporting directly to Chief Executive Tim Hair.
The departure of Mark Bache is wholly unrelated to the financial position of the Company or because of any financial matters and, as previously reported, notwithstanding the softer market conditions, the Company continues to trade in line with market expectations.
