Director's shareholdings
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, has been notified that David Roberts, Group Finance Director, yesterday purchased 5,000 Chamberlin ordinary shares through his Personal Pension Plan at a price of 70p per share. Mr Roberts also sold 5,000 Chamberlin ordinary shares, held directly by Mr Roberts, also a price of 70p per share.
As a result of these transactions Mr Roberts' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
He retains his beneficial interest in 5,000 Chamberlin ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent of the Company's total voting rights. He is also the beneficial owner of share options over 362,555 Chamberlin ordinary shares which, when exercised, will represent approximately 4.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
