Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6 (the "Rules") the Company announces that as at 31 October 2022 its issued share capital in respect of each class of share admitted to trading on a regulated market consisted of 279,815,463 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, carrying one vote per share (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 279,815,463.

Shareholders should use 279,815,463 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
