CMC Markets announces that notifications were received on 13 September 2016 that David Fineberg, Group Director of Trading, gifted 10,844 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to his wife Victoria Fineberg on 12 September 2016.
