Director Change

As noted in the Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2024 released at 07.00 this morning, Susanne Chishti will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 25 July 2024.

The process to identify a successor to Susanne and the nomination of a new Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement has commenced and will be a priority for the Nomination Committee in the coming months.
