Cambria notes the local press comments in Zimbabwe regarding the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Celsys Limited it does not currently own and the potential listing of Cambria on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

The Company confirms it is in discussions about these proposals and will update the market as matters progress. There can be no certainty that the proposals will complete.
