Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Director

Cambria is pleased to announce Mrs Tania Sanders has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director with immediate effect.

Mrs Sanders, born in Zimbabwe, previously held increasingly senior roles within finance and IT with Anheuser-Busch Europe Ltd., culminating in her role as European IS Manager.

Previously, Tania was a Senior Audit Manager with Deloitte (South Africa) in Cape Town, focusing on large multinational listed clients in the automotive, maritime, mining and leisure sectors.

Tania Sanders is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Cape Town and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of South Africa.

Commenting on the appointment, Edzo Wisman, Chief Executive Officer of Cambria said "We are delighted Tania has accepted the role of CFO and the Board and I are looking forward to working with her. Her financial background and significant practical experience will be invaluable to Cambria during this pivotal and exciting time for the Company.
