On 5 April 2011 the Company was informed that, on 5 April 2011, Colin Orr Ewing, a director in the Company, transferred 25,000 shares in the Company to his personal pension scheme at a price of 21.5 pence per share. There has been no change in Mr Orr Ewing's beneficial interest in the shares.
