Final and Interim Results status

Cambria Africa plc (AIM:CMB) ("Cambria" or the "Company"), announces that further to the announcement made on 9 February 2024, the Company are still not in a position to release audited results for the year ended 31 August 2023 ("FY23"). In addition, the Company will not be in a position to release its interim results for the six months ending 28 February 2024 ("HY24") by 31 May 2024 as required under AIM Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. As a result, the Company's shares will remain suspended until such time as the audited results for FY23 are published and sent to its shareholders and the interim results for HY24 are announced.
