Completion of £4.98 million Placing

Following the Company's announcement on 29 November 2010, the Board of LonZim are pleased to announce that the Company has now completed the placing of 17,813,944 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company at 28 pence per new ordinary share raising £4,987,904 (before expenses) ("the Placing").

The Placing shares have been unconditionally placed save as to their admission to trading on AIM. Application has been made for admission of the placing shares to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 17 December 2010.

The Placing shares will together represent approximately 32.9% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital and the total number of shares in issue following completion of the Placing will be 54,145,469.

The above figure of 54,145,469 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
