New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Richard Adam, Carillion Group Finance Director will be appointed a non-executive director of Wincanton plc with effect from 1 June 2014.
From appointment, Richard will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Wincanton plc and it is envisaged that Richard will chair the Audit Committee in due course.
