Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notification that on 27 October 2016, Jane Shirley, a director of Cello Health, exercised share options over 90,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average exercise price of 17.75p and subsequently sold the new Ordinary Shares at a sale price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share.
Following the exercise and sale, Jane Shirley's shareholding is unchanged at 78,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
