Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notification that on 22 September 2016, Doug Edmonds, a director of Cello Signal, exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the Company's Unapproved Option Scheme.
Subsequently, on 23 September 2016, Mr Edmonds sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 104.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the exercise, Cello's enlarged issued share capital consists of 87,381,643 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 453,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 86,928,643 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure (86,928,643 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Mr Edmonds now has an interest in 352,997 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the enlarged current issued share capital of the Company.
