TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, City of London Investment Group Plc announces that, as at 7 a.m. today, the Company's issued share capital consists of 26,858,450 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 26,858,450. The figure of 26,858,450 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
