Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.
City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that Stable View III LP, a Partnership set up by Barry Olliff, a Non-Executive Director, has sold a total of 591,018 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average weighted price of £5.039 per share.
Following these sales, Mr. Olliff's beneficial interest is 1,282,518 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
