Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company would like to advise that on Thursday 27 January 2011, Tom Griffith, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director, exercised options over 218,700 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 26p per share.
Following this exercise, Mr. Griffith is interested in 268,625 Ordinary Shares representing 1.00 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
In addition, as announced on 31 January 2010, the Company notifies that in conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules:
The Company's capital consists of 26,858,450 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,858,450.
The above figure of 26,858,450 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
