Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility
1. The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the circular to shareholders dated 19 August 2010 which completed on 14 September 2010, the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of those number of ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 625 pence per share, and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares as set out against their name:

All notifications are made under DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
2. The Company further announces that Mr Klotz has also notified the Company today that on 4 June 2009 he sold 10,474 Ordinary Shares at the prevailing market price of 300 pence per share. Due to an administrative oversight, this was not reported to the Company at that time in accordance with DTR 3.1.2. His resulting interest in Ordinary Shares, which includes 6,666 Ordinary Shares held by Mrs Klotz, is now as detailed in the above table.
