Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 30 September 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 507 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 September 2010.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 24,770,238 Ordinary Shares (53.17%).
