Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on;

1. 13 October 2014 that Thomas Lundqvist, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,310 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 October 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 79,912 Ordinary Shares (0.19%), and

2. 14 October 2014 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 5,938 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 1,300.91 pence per Ordinary Share, with the highest price paid being 1,301 pence per Ordinary Share, and the lowest price paid being 1,299 pence per Ordinary Share, on 13 October 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 21,963,015 Ordinary Shares (51.16%).
