The CompanyΒ received notificationΒ onΒ 29Β October 2009Β thatΒ theΒ StenΒ MortstedtΒ family trustΒ (the "Trust")Β established byΒ Sten Mortstedt, ExecutiveΒ ChairmanΒ of theΒ Company,Β purchasedΒ 1,162Β ordinaryΒ sharesΒ of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β atΒ 443 penceΒ perΒ Ordinary Share.Β Β
Following this transaction,Β Mr Mortstedt'sΒ interestΒ inΒ the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, isΒ 25,360,470Β Ordinary SharesΒ (52.81%).
