27 November 2009 CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company received notification:
1. on 26 November 2009 that on the same day the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 7,507 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 455 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,388,275 Ordinary Shares (52.87%).
2. on 27 November 2009 that on 25 November 2009 Henry Klotz, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 452.375 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be transferred to Mr Klotz's wife today.
Following this transaction, Mr Klotz's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, is 21,995 Ordinary Shares (0.05%).
