Catena AB - Planning Application approved for mixed-use scheme in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden
CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce that its associate, Catena AB ("Catena"), in which the Group owns 29.99%, has confirmed that planning approval has been granted by the Solna Municipal Assembly, the highest body in Solna, on its circa 150,000 sq m mixed-use scheme in Solna, Stockholm.
The scheme includes approximately 800 new apartments and 70,000 sq m of commercial space. Catena will now proceed to plan the development in more detail.
