Transactions in Own Shares
Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has today given an irrevocable instruction to Winterflood Securities Limited to purchase its ordinary shares during its forthcoming close period under the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 16 July 2015. Any shares purchased will be cancelled.
The instruction is valid from I October 2015 to 18 November 2015, being the day prior to the release on 19 November 2015 of the announcement of the Company's half-year results for the six months ending 31 March 2015.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both the Company's general authority to purchase its shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules and any trading decisions will be made by Winterflood Securities Limited independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
The Company confirms that it currently has no Company unpublished price sensitive information.
