Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p, which took place on 15 January 2019 and involved persons closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.
The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company, a private company controlled by Mr Wyatt and persons connected with him, purchased 2,930 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.005% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
Family trusts, of which Mr Wyatt is a Trustee, purchased 7,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.01% of then Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
All of the shares were purchased from a close relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 2940p. The transactions were conducted off-market and in London.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 1,143,715 shares* = 2.07%
Non-beneficial - 75,038 shares = 0.14%
Performance share scheme awards - 115,384 awards = 0.21%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 9,016 awards = 0.02%
* includes 1,004,296 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
