Caledonia Investments plc
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares") involving one of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin.
On 25 June 2025, 16,186 Shares, as noted in the table below, were transferred to Mr Cayzer-Colvin under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme ("2011 PSS") and the Caledonia Investments 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") at nil cost. The Shares were sourced from The Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust ("EST").

On the same date, Mr Cayzer-Colvin sold:
· 7,630 Shares to the EST to meet the tax liability due; and
· 1,822 Shares to a member of the Cayzer family concert party.
Mr Cayzer-Colvin retained 6,734 Shares.
Following the above transactions, Mr Cayzer-Colvin's beneficial interests in the Company increased.
Each of these transactions were conducted on-market in London. The Shares were sold to the EST and a member of the Cayzer family concert party at 3712.5p per Share.
Mr Cayzer-Colvin's total interests in Shares following the above transactions are as follows:
