The Board of Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Harold Boël has given notice of his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Boël joined the Board in June 2014
David Stewart, Chairman of Caledonia, commented:
