Information relating to the appointment of Harold Boël as a director required by Listing Rule 9.6.13

On 28 May 2014, Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announced under RNS number 1702I that Harold Boël will be appointed as an independent non-executive of the Company with effect from 25 June 2014.

Additional information relating to Mr Boël requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 is as follows:

Non-executive director of Suez Environnement Company, a world leading provider of water and waste management services, listed on Euronext Paris;

Non-executive director of bioMérieux SA, a provider of diagnostic solutions for the healthcare, agri-food and biopharmaceutical industries, listed on Euronext Paris.
