The Company was notified yesterday that on 14th July 2014, Nicholas Scallan, Chief Executive Officer, bought 49,875 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 10 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Nicholas Scallan's total interest in the issued share capital of the Company is now 270,019 Ordinary Shares representing 0.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
