Executive Management Appointments

Pinnacle Technology Group plc, (AIM: PINN) the AIM listed provider of converged managed services, is pleased to announce the broadening of its executive management team to support the Company's continued growth strategy.

Director - Responsible for all Group Sales

The Company is pleased to announce the recruitment of Simon Poole, as Director responsible for all Group Sales. Simon will be joining Pinnacle early in 2013. As the inaugural winner of BlackBerry's EMEA innovation award, Simon has spent the last 15 years selling business IT and Telco Solutions. Simon has been working in the communications industry since the 80's when he finished his naval career responsible for ship borne global communications. Simon has managed sales teams that deliver global solutions for large enterprises, at companies such as Sungard and PTC. Simon's most recent role was UK Sales Director at Truphone.

Head of Pre & Post Sales Support - Responsible for technical delivery

The Company is also pleased to announce the recruitment of Gary Black, as Head of Pre and Post Sales Support. Gary joins Pinnacle with immediate effect, having spent the last 20 years working in the IT industry. A former lecturer at Stafford University with specialisms in Project Management (Prince II, APM, Citi - Methodologies S.S.A.D.M, JSP, JSD, C.A.C.I), CISCO (CCNA, CCND, CCNP), Switch Routing, Converged WANs, Wireless technologies and Quality of Service. Gary will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of Pinnacle's cross-selling growth strategy.

Notice of Results

The Group expects to report Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2012, on Monday, 18 February 2013.

Group Trading Performance

Through our programme of targeted acquisitions, we have built an IT services business with a strong base of recurring revenues, operating in niche, high growth markets such as data, multi-site connectivity and IT security. Our large customer base of 3,000 businesses across the UK, represents a significant platform for future growth and our focus is on further cross-sales of our enlarged product suite into this base.

Pinnacle's pipeline of prospects remains encouragingwith growth coming from both our organic activities and our acquired businesses, with particularly encouraging sales pipeline progress for the Group's IT Security solutions. The Board is pleased to note that cross selling across all service lines and geographies is now being rolled out on a regional, UK-wide basis. As such the Board is confident that the Group's performance remains in line with its current expectations for the financial year as a whole.
