Director Buy - CEO

The Company was advised that on 21st February 2012, Alan J Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 3,670,659 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 0.38p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Bonner has a total beneficial interest in 201,389,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.64 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
