Pinnacle wins £0.75 million contract with Grass Roots Group PLC

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc ("Pinnacle" or the "Company" (AIM: PINN)) the AIM listed provider of integrated telecommunications solutions, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a one-year contract to supply integrated telecommunications for Grass Roots Group PLC ("Grass Roots").

Grass Roots operates from offices in 16 countries, employing over 1000 people, specialising in marketing, research and HR services for over 2000 client organisations. Grass Roots UK is listed in the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Sunday Times list of Best 100 companies to work for, and is accredited with ISO 27001 for information security. Pinnacle has won the contract to supply an integrated solution of 30 million minutes of inbound and outbound voice calls, and fixed line services, to five of Grass Roots offices across Stafford, Teddington, Wendover and both locations in Tring.

Commenting on the contract win, Alan Bonner, CEO of Pinnacle, said: "Pinnacle continues to make good progress and we are delighted to have been awarded another major contract. Grass Roots Group PLC was established over 30 years ago and is a successful, international corporate business with annual revenues of £265m. This latest contract win for 30 million voice call minutes per annum, will help raise our profile in the UK corporate market. It was won against much larger competitors, and further demonstrates our capability to handle larger and more complex contracts. Whilst seeking out earnings-enhancing acquisitions is a priority, Pinnacle also aims to deliver organic growth, and this contract is estimated to generate £750,000 of annual revenue."
