On 11 June 2009, the Board announced the acquisition of Accent Telecom UK Limited (the "Acquisition") which it believes to be an important step in transforming the size of the Company over the next 12 months. The Board notes the subsequent significant increase in the Company's share price from 0.13p, immediately prior to the announcement,Β to 0.325p at the close of business on 16 June 2009Β and sees no reason, other than the Acquisition, for this price movement.Β
The Board also announces that it is finalising the Company's interim results for the 6 months ended 31 March 2009, which will be announced on 23 June 2009,Β and are anticipatedΒ toΒ be in line with management's expectations.
